JW Marriott Residences Abu Dhabi Yas Island is the brand’s first residential address in Abu Dhabi. TARAF builds it with Yas Holding on the beach of Yas Bay, beside the golf course. Three buildings hold 199 homes: 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom duplexes and three penthouses, one in each building. Every home has a private balcony and high ceilings. Marriott International runs the residences and sets their design standards.

Who is the developer?
TARAF, the real estate arm of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Holding. TARAF and Yas Holding use the JW Marriott brand under a licence from Marriott International, which runs the residences but does not build or sell them.
Can foreigners buy here?
Yes. Yas Island is a freehold zone of Abu Dhabi, where buyers of any nationality can own property.
Does a residence qualify for the Golden Visa?
